The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. mega4d does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own processing fees.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source, minus any applicable fees, without being credited to your gaming Account.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your mega4d Account are from legitimate sources, are not derived from any illegal activities, and belong to you personally. mega4d reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

In no event shall mega4d's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited to your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
